This picture is one mounted on a Kohler RV generator using radio cap and radio mount "terminal strip". It was a 3 pin plus mount leg. I had cut off third one but they sell 2 pin with mount leg. It is for 6/32. I use a reamer to open up for 8/32 if one already there. Or use tap or nut etc.
Solder the cap close to two outer pins, but run one cap wire on into the rivet hole in mount leg solder that too. That leg becomes ground. Then add a wire to other outer pin, tin to dist terminal or (-) of coil (same place electrically).
If space allows mount cap through rivet holes too, cut off top tab of terminal strip (stronger) makes smaller overall package.
On the Kohler, you can see wire going to (-) of coil, eyelet on end.
That engine drove me crazy as it would not start sometimes. Starts instantly for 10 years now.
Panasonic is the good capacitor/ condenser.
Try Mouser, .27 uF 630 V or one step higher V or Mouser #:
667-ECW-FD2J274J
For the mounting strip, try this one at Digikey.
